Refund Policy

CLOUDr Technologies

CLOUDr Technologies provides cloud infrastructure, hosting, GPU computing, business email, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, software licensing, managed IT, DevOps, AI, and other technology services.

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, credits, adjustments, or cancellations may be considered for services purchased from CLOUDr Technologies.

By purchasing or using our Services, the Customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to this Refund Policy along with the applicable Terms of Service, Service Level Agreement, service-specific terms, and any separate agreement executed with CLOUDr Technologies.

1. Invoice Discrepancies

If you identify an error, incorrect charge, duplicate charge, or other discrepancy in an invoice, you must contact CLOUDr Technologies at info@gocloudr.com within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

After reviewing and verifying the issue, CLOUDr Technologies may, where applicable, issue a credit note, billing adjustment, service credit, or refund.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a Service by contacting CLOUDr Technologies through the applicable support channel or by emailing info@gocloudr.com.

A Service will remain active and billable until the cancellation or de-provisioning request has been processed.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Service terms or agreement, cancellation of a recurring service will generally take effect at the end of the applicable billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund for the unused portion of a prepaid billing period.

3. Cloud Hosting, VPS and Dedicated Servers

Refunds for VPS, dedicated servers, cloud hosting, server management, and related infrastructure services will be considered according to the applicable service plan, billing cycle, provisioning status, and service terms.

Once infrastructure has been provisioned and allocated to a Customer, charges may become non-refundable, particularly where resources have been reserved or committed specifically for the Customer.

Setup, configuration, migration, installation, server management, IP allocation, operating-system configuration, control-panel licensing, and other professional or technical services that have already been performed are generally non-refundable.

4. GPU Servers and GPU Computing Services

GPU Server services may be billed on an hourly, daily, monthly, or other agreed billing basis.

Once GPU resources have been provisioned, allocated, reserved, or consumed, the applicable charges may be non-refundable.

For usage-based GPU services, charges may apply for the actual resource usage, reserved capacity, storage, bandwidth, and other associated services according to the applicable quotation or service plan.

GPU availability and pricing may change based on hardware availability, market conditions, and resource demand. Quoted or displayed prices may therefore change before provisioning unless a written quotation or agreement specifies otherwise.

5. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ZOHO and Email Services

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ZOHO Email, email security, and similar subscription-based services may involve third-party licensing or subscription commitments.

Once a subscription, license, seat, domain, mailbox, or other service has been activated or provisioned, the applicable charges are generally non-refundable, subject to the applicable provider’s terms and any specific written agreement with the Customer.

Reduction in the number of users or licenses during an active billing period does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for unused licenses.

6. Software Licenses and Third-Party Products

Software licenses, subscriptions, and third-party products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Plesk
  • Microsoft 365
  • Google Workspace
  • ZOHO Email
  • WhatsApp Business API
  • SSL Certificates
  • NinjaOne
  • Atera
  • Scalefusion
  • JumpCloud
  • Other third-party software, SaaS, security, and licensing products

Once a license or subscription has been activated, provisioned, registered, issued, or committed with the relevant vendor, it may be non-refundable.

Refund eligibility may also be subject to the terms, cancellation policy, and refund rules of the respective third-party provider.

7. Domain Registration and SSL Certificates

Domain registration, domain renewal, domain transfer, and related registry charges are generally non-refundable once processed or registered.

SSL Certificates are generally non-refundable once issued, activated, or provisioned.

Any refund or cancellation related to domains or SSL Certificates will be subject to the applicable registrar, certificate authority, and service-provider terms.

8. Backup and Disaster Recovery Services

CLOUDr Technologies provides backup and disaster recovery solutions including services based on platforms such as Acronis, Veeam, Commvault, Wasabi, and other applicable technologies.

Backup storage, cloud storage, protected workloads, licenses, endpoints, servers, and other backup resources that have been provisioned or consumed may be non-refundable.

Charges for storage capacity, data usage, protected devices, backup licenses, retention, data transfer, or other usage-based resources may apply according to the applicable service plan or quotation.

Cancellation of a backup service does not automatically result in a refund for previously billed or consumed services.

9. Cybersecurity and Security Services

CLOUDr Technologies provides cybersecurity and security services including:

  • Email Security
  • Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
  • Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
  • Firewall Services
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Security configuration and related managed security services

For professional security services, refunds may not be available once assessment, testing, configuration, deployment, consultation, implementation, reporting, or other agreed work has commenced.

For VAPT and similar security assessments, once testing has started or resources have been assigned and the agreed scope of work has commenced, the applicable charges may be non-refundable.

10. DevOps, AI and Professional Services

DevOps, AI solutions, cloud migration, deployment, configuration, consulting, implementation, technical support, engineering manpower, customization, and other professional services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Where a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be considered based on the applicable quotation, statement of work, project agreement, or other written terms.

Any third-party costs, licenses, infrastructure charges, or vendor commitments incurred for the project may be deducted from any approved refund.

11. Managed IT and Support Services

Managed IT, server management, monitoring, maintenance, technical support, and similar recurring services are generally billed for the applicable service period.

Fees for services already delivered, support hours already consumed, resources already allocated, or work already performed are generally non-refundable.

Any service credits for eligible service interruptions will be governed by the applicable Service Level Agreement, if applicable.

12. Prepaid Credits and Advance Payments

Refunds for unused prepaid balances, credits, or advance payments may be considered after verification.

Before processing a refund, CLOUDr Technologies may deduct or adjust:

  • Outstanding invoices or dues
  • Services already consumed
  • Resource usage
  • Setup or implementation charges
  • Third-party costs
  • Contractual commitments
  • Cancellation charges, where applicable
  • Other amounts payable under the applicable agreement

Unused prepaid amounts may also be adjusted against future invoices or services where agreed with the Customer.

13. Non-Refundable Charges

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law, refunds may not be available for:

  • Setup, installation, configuration, migration, or professional services already performed
  • Activated or provisioned software licenses
  • Third-party subscriptions
  • Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ZOHO, and similar licenses once activated
  • Domain registration, renewal, or transfer charges once processed
  • SSL Certificates once issued
  • GPU resources already provisioned, reserved, or consumed
  • Cloud, VPS, dedicated server, and hosting resources already provisioned
  • Backup or storage resources already consumed
  • Security assessments or VAPT work already commenced
  • DevOps, AI, consulting, or implementation work already commenced
  • Promotional, discounted, or special-priced services, where specified
  • Payment gateway or transaction processing charges
  • Data transfer or usage-based charges
  • Committed, reserved, or minimum-billing services
  • Services already consumed or delivered
  • Accounts with outstanding payments
  • Services suspended or terminated due to misuse, violation of applicable policies, or breach of the Terms of Service

14. Service Credits

Where a refund is not applicable, CLOUDr Technologies may, at its discretion and where appropriate, provide a service credit or billing adjustment.

Service credits are subject to the applicable Service Level Agreement, service terms, and the circumstances of the incident.

Service credits are not guaranteed unless specifically provided for under an applicable agreement or SLA.

15. Refund Approval

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Each request will be reviewed based on:

  • The type of Service
  • Service activation and provisioning status
  • Actual usage
  • Billing cycle
  • Applicable service terms
  • Third-party vendor terms
  • Contractual commitments
  • Reason for cancellation or refund
  • Any applicable SLA
  • Outstanding payments or dues
  • Any separate agreement with the Customer

CLOUDr Technologies reserves the right to approve, partially approve, reject, or provide a service credit for a refund request, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

16. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another applicable payment method, or may be adjusted against future invoices or Services.

The time required for processing a refund may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

Any applicable transaction, payment gateway, banking, or third-party processing charges may be deducted where permitted.

17. Refund Request Process

Third-party services may include cloud platforms, software vendors, licensing providers, domain registrars, SSL providers, backup platforms, cybersecurity platforms, email platforms, and other technology providers.

Refunds, cancellations, credits, or subscription changes for such services may be subject to the applicable third-party provider’s terms and policies.

CLOUDr Technologies cannot guarantee a refund where the applicable third-party provider does not permit refunds or credits.

19. Suspension or Termination for Policy Violations

An exception granted in one case does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another case.
